Funds for the Edinburgh Mint should be administered by the master, not the general. Proposes clarification of two clauses in the Coinage Act [of 1715] to ensure conformity between the Edinburgh and London Mints, and to prevent the Scots making unwarranted expense claims to the detriment of the London Mint.
